Kartik is an Associate Consultant at Kanvic, supporting senior consultants on capacity and manufacturing process studies for industrial clients, including process mapping and capacity analysis. Prior to Kanvic, Kartik spent close to a decade in the automotive industry with Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Bajaj Auto, managing commercial operations, performance improvement, operational turnarounds, and customer experience transformation initiatives. He brings strong commercial acumen and hands-on implementation experience, with a focus on translating strategy into operational results.
He holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, specialising in Strategy and General Management, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
